SERVICE POLICY

*Applicable to bookings made starting Nov. 14, 2022, 9:00AM EST.

By booking a reading, you are agreeing to the following policies:

  • You must be at least 18 years of age or in the presence of a parent or legal guardian.

  • No refunds.

  • I have the right to cancel and refund or reschedule a reading due to illness or for any other reason on my part that may affect my delivery of your reading. Should this be the case, details about cancellation, a reschedule or delivery time extension will be sent to your email.

  • In cases of accidental multiple bookings, contact me via isabellathemedium@gmail.com so we can sort it out.

  • ALL AUDIO READINGS ARE DUE 11:59PM EST. The appointment schedule you select for audio readings are only placeholders for booking spots. If an audio reading is delayed (sent more than 1 hour after the 11:59PM EST deadline), a personal one-time use discount code for $10.00 off on your next reading will be sent to you. This is valid for two (2) months.

ZOOM READING POLICIES:

  • You are allowed ONE (1) reschedule with prior notice. There are no further reschedules after this, and missing this appointment without a valid excuse will forfeit your fees.

  • Please avoid multitasking or any distractions during our zoom reading. Make sure you are in a quiet area. Sessions cannot be done in vehicles (and are automatically rescheduled) due to safety and connectivity reasons. Please also avoid anything that may affect your sobriety (e.g. alcoholic beverages or cannabis) at least 12 hours before our session as this may affect the quality of your reading. Our time together is valuable and the best energy exchanges happen when we both respect each other’s efforts.

  • If you are 10 minutes late to the zoom reading, you are deemed tardy and the reading must then be rescheduled. Details regarding this will be sent to your email.

  • In cases of illness and urgent personal emergencies, please simply notify me and we can reschedule as your energy affects the quality of the reading too.

  • Please make sure your Wi-Fi and Zoom are fully functioning before our session.
